Fun and Friendly Trainers


Jenni Johnson, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. She also has her BS in Kinesiology. Jenni lives and breathes her passion for health and fitness every day. She is an Olympic Trials hopeful at the marathon distance (current marathon PR: 2:49:08) and her dedication is a constant inspiration.

Jenni is constantly increasing her knowledge and staying up to date on the latest exercise research. She brings an amazing positive energy to everything she does and her enthusiasm for physical fitness and health always shines through.

 

Greg Moe, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, is committed to  health and fitness and has a great love for the environment. He has many years experience as a trainer, coach and athlete.

Greg was a member of Team USA as an amateur triathlete, and has competed in multiple World Championship Triathlons at various distances. His current distance of choice is the Half-Ironman distance.

Greg’s passion and natural approach to health and fitness gets clients to reach outside their comfort zone and achieve their goals.
Suzanne Kiyomura has been practicing yoga for over twelve years. Her personal practice includes study in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar forms of yoga.

As an instructor, her classes focus on connecting breath with movement creating a flowing practice accessible yet challenging for all levels. Suzanne is a registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level having received her teacher training instruction from True Flow Yoga and Yoga Works.
Sara Bridgman is an integral part of the Rough-Fit training team. She gets to share her passion for health and fitness not only through her interaction with clients, but also through writing blogs and monthly newsletters.

As a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers, Sara takes nutrition very seriously. With a degree in Psychology, she hopes to show people how physical and mental health are highly influenced by what we eat. Her motto is to be good stewards of what we have been given; taking care of the lives we have been given. Sara loves cooking, running, the outdoors, and yoga. You may catch her running through the streets of Tustin with her husband while pushing their two kids in the jogging stroller.
