Improve and build strength, endurance, coordination, agility and more through fun fitness games and age appropriate exercises! The program is designed for all ability levels to have fun, learn about health and fitness and to get moving!

Rough-Fit not offered at your school? Let us and your school officials know you’re interested, and there’s a possibility we can get a program started at that location!
