Mike is always a great, positive person to have in Rough-Fit. He’s made great progress in his health and fitness, and in the recent Ojai Marathon, he set a new PR; he finally broke the 4 hour barrier that he’s been working towards for 10 years. We are incredibly proud of him and look forward to seeing him accomplish many more of his goals. Congratulations Mike!

Jessica Mahar has been a real pleasure to work with over the past couple years and has made great progress. She is part of the Rough-Fit teacher’s program in which Rough-Fit trains groups of teachers on the campus of their schools. Not only has she maintained a steady workout routine, she has completely changed her diet and seen lots of success. By cutting out sugars, grains, and processed foods, she has lost about 20 pounds and is continuing to get healthier daily. On top of this, she has run a couple half marathons and has become a great athlete. We are proud of the accomplishments she has made, and it has been a pleasure to have her as a part of Rough-Fit. Jibit has made incredible progress and overcome huge obstacles in her time with Rough-Fit. Because of her commitment and motivation, she has completely lost her baby weight after not one, but two pregnancies. With her most recent pregnancy, she lost over 60 pounds and overcame gestational diabetes. Today, she continues to workout, keep her body healthy, and pursue and life full of fitness, and Jibit hopes that one day her determination and perseverance will inspire her two daughters to do the same. Congratulations Jibit on all of your accomplishments!
